Please include:

• Your name and best contact phone number

• Email address

• Desired event date and preferred start time (include alternate dates if possible)

• Number of guests

• Event type (birthday, rehearsal dinner, corporate team-building, bridal shower, etc.)

• Any dietary needs or allergies

• Preferred menu style (hands-on cooking class, chef-led demonstration, plated dinner, family-style meal.

• Budget range (optional)

• Any special requests or themes

What happens next:

• We’ll review your details and reply within 48 hours to confirm availability.

• We’ll schedule a brief phone call or email exchange to finalize menu, timing, staffing, and any rentals.

• A small deposit will secure your date; final guest count and payment are due as agreed in your booking confirmation.

To book a class, go to the Group Classes page and click the course you want. The course will be added to your cart and you'll be taken to checkout to complete your booking.

If you have allergies, please complete the Additional Information form during checkout and provide full details so we can prepare accordingly. Let us know the specific allergen(s), severity (e.g., trace exposure, mild, or anaphylactic), any required accommodations, and whether cross-contact is a concern. With this information we can:

• Take extra precautions to reduce cross-contact

• Confirm any changes with you before your order is finalized

• Adjust or substitute menu items when possible

If you have a life‑threatening allergy, call us directly after placing your order so we can prioritize safety and confirm plans. Your health and safety are our top priority—thank you for giving us the details so we can best accommodate you.

Please let us know at least one week before the class if you’d like a refund. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are not eligible for a refund, but you may apply the paid amount toward a future class for yourself or someone else. If you need to transfer or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our class is held in a relaxed, fun atmosphere—come ready to enjoy yourself! Expect plenty of standing and some bending, so please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Come prepared to cook and eat: after we finish cooking, there’s plenty of time to sit back, relax, savor the food, and chat with others.
