Meet Sabrina
Food has always been a place where learning, connection, and care come together for me.
I’m a chef, plant-based cooking educator, and the founder of Thyme To Cook, but my work didn’t begin in the kitchen alone. I’ve spent years as an educator and counselor, helping people learn, grow, and feel supported—and that same heart guides the way I teach cooking today.
My approach to vegan cooking is practical, welcoming, and grounded in real life. I believe food should be nourishing, flavorful, and accessible, whether you’re new to plant-based eating or simply looking for new ideas. In my classes and demos, I focus on building confidence in the kitchen, understanding ingredients, and enjoying the process as much as the meal.
Thyme To Cook was created as a space where people can gather, learn, and connect through food—without pressure or perfection. From hands-on cooking classes and private group experiences to campus demonstrations and small-batch bread, each offering is designed to be thoughtful, engaging, and community-centered.
As I continue to teach and explore new ways of sharing food, my goal remains the same: to create meaningful experiences that bring people together and make plant-based cooking feel both doable and joyful.
If this resonates, you’re invited.
Why I Teach This Way
I believe cooking is one way we care for ourselves and for each other. Food has a unique way of bringing people together, slowing us down, and creating space for connection.
My classes aren’t about perfection. They’re about learning together, building confidence, and enjoying the process—mistakes included.
You don’t need to be vegan.
You don’t need fancy tools.
You just need a willingness to try.
A warm, welcoming teaching style
Clear instruction without pressure
Real-world techniques you can actually use
Plenty of food and shared conversation
A space where questions are encouraged
What You Can Expect
As both an educator and a counselor, I value creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and seen. That same care carries into my classes.
Whether you come on your own or with others, my hope is that you leave feeling more confident in the kitchen—and more connected than when you arrived.
If this resonates, you invited.
